Healing Philosophy
I am enamored by flowers growing through concrete. I sometimes pause to look or take a picture when this happens in unlikely places. The flower survives despite its difficult surroundings, finding cracks and crevices that allow it to expand and adapt to the environment. It is a perfect metaphor for the constant duality that exists in our life experience. It symbolizes resilience, adaptability, and the wildly underestimated power of our WILL when faced with adversity. I find the contrast of this beautiful living being in harsh surroundings, yet still striving to reach its potential, very inspiring. I appreciate its truth, as it mirrors the stories I see in my work with people every day.
The name Quantum SOL was chosen to reflect my core belief that people have a natural capacity to reach their highest potential and empower their healing process through the power of the mind. This belief is grounded in several truths that have resonated with me over and over and now guide my philosophy as a practitioner...
Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul.
- C. G. Jung
Quantum physics provides a unique perspective on the interconnectedness of all things, illustrating how we continually influence and are influenced by the reality surrounding us. Through the energetic and magnetic charges they emit—commonly called thoughts and feelings—our minds are perpetually shaping our experiences. By delving into the smallest components of our existence, we can better understand the intricate interactions that define our reality. The "quantum field" concept describes an interconnected web of endless possibilities for every moment of our existence. This highlights the profound connections within the universe and emphasizes the significant role our consciousness plays in creating the world we perceive.
The word “Sol” has several meanings, all relative. It is derived from the Latin word for sun. It was also the name of the official deity of the Roman Empire, Sol Invictus, meaning "invincible sun," charged with protecting soldiers in battle. In spiritual translations and ancient teachings, Sol is life's "divine fire" and driving force. In some energetic systems of healing, the symbolic meaning of Sol is transferred to represent the solar plexus chakra, the space of our "inner sun," and our personal power and will. Many cultures have revered and worshipped the sun since recorded history began. I believe the word SOL is sacred and holds a high vibration. It symbolizes an inner light of immeasurable force that gives life, empowers our will, and reminds us of our boundless potential with each new day, similar to the rising sun.
We each possess an internal mechanism that, when activated, unlocks profound healing capabilities. The key to making this accessible is believing that it exists and actively embodying it.
Changing our mindset promotes neuroplastic changes in the brain and expands consciousness, allowing us to evolve.
A symbiotic relationship exists between a person's beliefs and their well-being.
Trauma is stored in our energy field, creating disharmony & stagnation behind the scenes.
All dis-ease, emotional, spiritual & physical, begin in the energy field before they manifest.
We live in a collective reality that often values instant gratification and external validation over our own intuition & authenticity. This distracts us from the truth of our core nature, potentiality and personal power.
Everything is energy, including our thoughts and emotions. All energy is interconnected and actively impacts other energies around it.
What we choose to think, believe, and feel will inevitably draw closer, creating our perceptions and the reality we experience.
Once we learn to navigate, regulate, and harness our emotions effectively, they can be our most trusted superpower.
People often view themselves through the eyes of those around them. If they feel seen and understood, they are more likely to connect with their core nature & inner resources, allowing a positive transformation.
